Tara J. Tofall, age 41, of Geneva, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2021 at Delnor Hospital with her loving family by her side.
She was born December 15, 1979, in Quincy, the daughter of Kevin and Nancy (Koziol) Tofall.
Tara leaves this life with many others remembering her fondly. Mostly, she enjoyed caring for others and ensuring those around her with happy and healthy. Her favorite pasttimes included spending time with her nephews, shopping with her mother and sister, giving her dad a hard time about the St. Louis Cardinals, watching her favorite tv shows, bowling, completing arts and crafts and mastering puzzles. When she wasn’t busy with these activites, she was sure to be watching and cheering on the Chicago Cubs (on mute, if they were loosing, of course)! Tara always celebrated the small yet meanigful moments in life like family vacations, holiday celebrations and birthdays. She made friends with everyone who crossed her path and left an impression on others that stretched far beyond her intent.
She is survived by father Kevin (Kathy) Tofall of St. Louis; mother Nancy Koziol of Geneva; sister Amanda (Steven) Krutsch of Geneva; step-brother Caleb Tofall of St. Louis; nephews Oakley and Declan Krutsch; aunt Wendy Zwick and cousin Emma Vonbuelow of Des Plaines and many other dear relatives and friends.
Services for Tara will be held privately.
