Suzanne L. (Leonard) Gustilo

Suzanne Lynn Gustilo, age 61, of Naperville, passed away Monday, January 29, 2024, at Kishwaukee Northwestern Hospital in DeKalb with her loving family by her side.

She was born July 3, 1962, in Elmhurst, the daughter of Russell and Dorothy (Witt) Leonard. 

Suzanne was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother to her family.  Suzanne and Patrick spent 40 wonderful years of marriage together making numerous memories with their family of travel and adventures.  She was a veteran of the United States Airforce.  Suzanne enjoyed the library, reading was one of her favorite things to do, especially Stephen King novels.  Her love for the outdoors included enjoying the beach, kayaking, camping, and playing tennis with her family.  The love for all the dogs in her life, even if not her own, was one the biggest highlights. 

She is survived by her husband Patrick; children Tim (Amber) of Geneva and Shelby (Rafael) Zonzini of San Diego, California; grandchildren Gwendolyn, Declan, and Collin; mom Dorothy of Naperville; and many other dear relatives and friends.

Suzanne is preceded in death by her father Russell.

A visitation for Suzanne will be held Friday, February 2, 2024, from 11:00 am until the time of her funeral service at 1:00 pm at Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. State Street (Route 38), Geneva.

Burial will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery following funeral services.
