Stanley F. Zajac

Stanley F. Zajac, age 86, of Lahaina, Hawaii, formerly of West Chicago, Illinois, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2023.

He was born January 29, 1937, in Chicago, the son of Stanley and Ann (Hudoba) Zajac.

Stanley worked at Zenith Rauland until his retirement in 1998. At that time, Stanley and Rosemary moved to Maui, Hawaii where he passionately served on the Kahana Ridge Homeowners Association Board for 20 years. He also enjoyed doing wood crafts and maintaining a pristine yard.

 Stanley is survived by his devoted wife of 62 years Rosemary (Perri); siblings Michael Zajac and Donna (Vincent) Richardson; Children Karen (Dennis) Frazee of Aurora; Joy( Brian) Petrando of Fort Worth, Texas and Stan( Anna) Zajac of St Charles; Grandchildren Brendan (Agatha) Petrando, Brian (Christina)Petrando, II, Kaityn (Shane) Cowan, Bradley Petrando Anthony Zajac, Griffin Zajac, Cole Zajac, Brett Zajac, and Easton Zajac; Great-grandchildren Angelina Petrando, Brian Petrando III, Leo Petrando, Vera Petrando, and Ford Petrando, and many other dear relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Lynn Zajac.

Visitation will be held Monday, April 24, 2023, 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at the Malone funeral Home, 324 East State Street, Geneva IL.

Celebration of Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. with Father Steven Sabo celebrant at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, 8S055 Dugan Road, Sugar Grove, IL.

Burial will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery in Palatine.
