Rosemarie Ann (Kehoe) Marra

Rosemarie Ann Marra, age 90, of St. Charles, passed away Monday, December 18, 2023 at Delnor Hospital in Geneva with her loving family by her side.

She was born November 21, 1933, in Chicago, the daughter of Joseph and Bernice (Oliver) Kehoe.

Rosemarie was a Chicago Public School teacher for many years.  She also volunteered as a tutor at St. Bernadette Grammar School. She enjoyed reading and word search puzzles, but mostly liked spending time with family. Her favorite pass times were board games, treats at All Chocolate Kitchen, movies, and vanilla long johns on Sundays after mass. She set an excellent example for her family by working hard and always doing her best.

She is survived by her children Renee (Joseph) DeLorier of Geneva and Joseph Marra of St. Charles; grandchildren Joseph DeLorier and Melissa (Jeff) Easley; great grandchildren Alexandra and Dominic; and many other dear relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Jerome Kehoe, and her husband Julio who passed away in 2011.

A visitation for Rosemarie will be held Friday, December 22, 2023 from 9:00 am until the time of her funeral prayers at 10:30 am at Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. State Street (Route 38), Geneva proceeding to St. Peter Catholic Church, 1891 Kaneville Road, Geneva for Celebration of Funeral Mass at 11:00 am with Father John McFadden celebrant.  To livestream the mass, please click on this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TWL25kv8vnk

Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Geneva.
