Ronald R. Stazak

Ronald “Ron” Stazak, age 85, of Geneva, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2020 at home with his family by his side.

He was born September 17, 1935, in Chicago, the son of Herman and Elizabeth (Horan) Stazak.  Ron was proceeded in death by his parents and brothers Herman Jr. and Harold.

Ron served his country in the United States Army infantry.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years Virginia “Ginni” (Vani); children Colette (Chris) Enders of Somanauk, Glenn of Batavia, Jill (Kevin) Ireland of Elburn, and Paula Thuer of Wheaton; ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren; brother Edward of Lemont; and many other dear relatives and friends.

A Funeral Mass for Ron will be held Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 10:30 am at St. Peter Catholic Church, 1891 Kaneville Road, Geneva, Illinois 60134 with Father Charles Warren, Celebrant.  Due to current health care restrictions involving Covid-19 and social distancing, standards of occupancy will be upheld. To attend please be prepared to wear a mask and/or wait if occupancy standards need to be met before entering.

Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Geneva.
