Paulette L. Fahnestock

Paulette  Fahnestock, age 75, of Rancho Cucamonga, California, formerly of St. Charles and Geneva, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018 at San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland, California surrounded by her family.

She was born October 27, 1942 in Evergreen Park, the daughter of Paul and Sophia (Minarcik) Fahnestock.

Paulette was a longtime member of St. Peter Catholic Church where she enjoyed singing in the choir and being a cantor. She was also a lay missionary of the Sacred Heart.  She worked for the Kane County Coroner’s office for 16 years.  Paulette loved to travel, especially by train.    She was a member of the International Twins Association and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her brother Father John Fahnestock MSC of Hesperia, California; and her friends Mike and Marie Neis and Paul and Pat Schuch. 

Paulette was preceded in death by her parents and sister Pauline Fahnestock.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 9:00 am until the time of funeral prayers at 10: 15 am at Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. State Street (Route 38), Geneva, proceeding to St. Peter Catholic Church, 1891 Kaneville Road, Geneva for celebration of Funeral Mass at 11:00 am with her brother Father John Fahnestock MSC, celebrant.

Entombment will follow at Assumption Cemetery in Wheaton.
