Patricia R. Morgan

On February 11th, 2023, the feast day of Our Lady of Lourdes, Patricia Rae Dill Morgan went home to Jesus at the age of 90. She passed away peacefully at her home in St. Charles. Patricia is survived by 4 children, 6 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 5 siblings, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Many know Patricia as "Grandma Patty" as most of her life was spent surrounded by kids. She had her roots in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota and those precious memories stayed with her throughout her life. She was a graduate of Provo High School in the present-day ghost town of Igloo, South Dakota. She had a beautiful voice. At 16, Patricia cut a record and in her later years she cantered at St. Patrick Catholic Church. She was a devoted Catholic, dedicated to passing on God's truth to her family.

Patricia was a beautiful soul. Her comforting smile let us know how much she loved us. Our memories together will be cherished forever. We await the day we will be reunited with her in Heaven. For now, she is accompanied by her beloved husband, parents, aunts and uncles, two sisters, and grandson.

We all love her dearly and miss her so much. Our hearts and souls are with her forever. We ask our Lord Jesus to receive her into His kingdom. We know Jesus loves her so much more than we are even capable of. So, in confidence we say

"Jesus, I trust in You."

We ask you to remember Patricia in your prayers, rosaries, and masses.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church (Downtown), 400 Cedar St, St. Charles, IL 60174.

Entombment will be held privately at Resurrection Cemetery.
