Mitchell Ray Sachdev, age 31, passed away Friday, February 9, 2024, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 6, 1992, in Park Ridge, Illinois, the son of Hemant and Trisha (Costello) Sachdev.
Mitchell loved largely and deeply. Mitchell loved karate, music, acting, learning, debating, video games, hookah, rum and cokes, gummy candies, and so much more.
The thing Mitchell loved most in this world was people. Mitchell put more effort and love into his day-to-day relationships than most. Mitchell cared about each person he met with all of him, and if you knew him, you were likely lucky enough to be loved by him. His heart was huge. And he was deeply loved by friends and family.
Everyone should strive to live each day with as much love, grace, and compassion as Mitchell did.
Mitchell was preceded in death by his grandparents Kuldeep and Hariom Sachdev.
He is survived by his father Hemant and his mother Trisha; sister Simran; grandparents Susan Hervas, Denis Costello, and Margaret Rossini; cousins D.J. Costello, Uddhav and Amaani Mehra; aunt Meeta and uncle Vikas Mehra; and his beloved dog, Juliet.
