Michelle Lee Boen

Michelle Lee Boen, age 45, of Chicago, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2020.

She was born August 1, 1974 in Arlington Heights, the daughter of Mary (Warren) Boen.

Michelle was a dispatch coordinator at United Airlines for many years, but most recently worked as a chef and server in Chicago.  She loved animals- especially her beloved French Bulldog Fausto.  Michelle was very kind and loving, with a smile that will be dearly missed by all.  A consummate chef, she loved entertaining.  She was an avid reader, loved to travel, loved to dance, and embraced life.  Her light was extinguished far too soon.

She is survived by her mother Mary Boen of Geneva; sister Jennifer (Keith) Johnson of Oshkosh, Wisconsin; nephews Cody, Alex, Mason, and Dawson Ramage; her adored dog and companion Fausto; and many other dear relatives and friends.

An afternoon of remembrance, fellowship, and sharing will be held Saturday, August 1, 2020 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 320 Franklin Street, Geneva.
