Loretta Ann (Lingle) Clemmans

Loretta Ann Clemmans, age 68, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, formerly of Geneva, Illinois, passed away Friday, October 1, 2021, at St. Lucie Medical Center in Florida with her loving family by her side.

She was born September 7, 1953, in Chicago, the daughter of John and Norma (Gnagni) Lingle.

Loretta was a loving compassionate soul who drew people into her circle with ease. She enjoyed and took pride in her home and was an accomplished crafter and decorator. She also shared her love of good food prepared with a flare for family and friends.

From the time she was sixteen entering employment Loretta was devoted to her work and lead a full career in the medical device/pharma industry as a Documentation Leader where she worked on many product development teams and implementation projects. She was highly respected in the consulting field and developed a huge network of professional and personal relationships.

Her life was a living example of her Christian faith which she walked daily with an ease that came from her heart. She was a devoted mother to her daughters Devin and Dana and loving partner to her husband David.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 30 years David; daughters Devin and Dana both of Chicago; siblings Norma Lingle of Rockford, Laura (Jimmy) Gannon of Las Vegas, Ray (Karen) Lingle of Oswego, and Ron (Joanne) Lingle of Mesa Arizona; and many other dear relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Laurine Lingle Fitzgerald.

Services for Loretta will be held privately.
