Leslie R. Sweem, age 51, of Geneva, formerly of Fort Mill, South Carolina, passed away Friday, May 29, 2020 at Delnor Hospital in Geneva.

She was born November 21, 1968, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, the daughter of Richard and Linda (Miller) Rodgers.

Leslie worked as an assistant controller for a real estate company. She enjoyed cooking for her family as well as watching the cooking channel to get new ideas and recipes. She was an avid athlete and especially enjoyed running. However, her greatest pleasure came from spending time with her loving family. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her devoted husband Danny of 35 years; children Erin (Emmanuel) Adam of Geneva, Richard Leroy “Lee” (Amy) Sweem of Nashville, North Carolina, and Casey Anne Sweem of Fort Mill, South Carolina; grandchildren Eli and Caroline; brother William (Donna) Rodgers of South Carolina; and many other dear relatives and friends.

Funeral service and burial for Leslie will be held in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
