Judith L. "Judy" Anderson Obituary

Judith L. “Judy” Anderson, age 78, of Geneva, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2020 at Delnor Hospital in Geneva.

She was born November 16, 1941 in Joliet, the daughter of Leo and Dee (Magusky) Stariha.

Judy worked at Baird and Warner Realty and was a real estate agent for 28 years.  She was a member of the Geneva Garden Club and served as a past president.  She was a very good dancer and enjoyed playing bridge and tennis.  Her greatest pastime, however, was spending time with her family and she will be dearly missed.

She is survived by devoted husband of 59 years Bill; children Bill (Andrea) of Elburn, Tim (Nancy) of Overland Park, Kansas, Dee Dee (Vic) Mehren of Geneva, Katie (Mike) Forsell of St. Charles; grandchildren Mary (Dakota) Welch, Samantha, Dan, Casey, and Drew Anderson, Vivi, Lily, and Ava Mehren, Lea and Siri Forsell; and many dear relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Barbara Rusina.

Funeral service will be held privately.  A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Memorials to the Alpha-1 Foundation at alpha1.org would be appreciated.
