Jacolyn E. (Bauer) Wians

Jacolyn Elizabeth Wians passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2025.

Jackie was born August 26, 1961, in Elmhurst, the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Didier) Bauer.

She was the heart of her entire family and took care of everyone, especially Brandon and Sophia. Her hobbies included hosting outdoor parties with friends and family, reading, and gardening. A social butterfly in her community, she worked for over 30 years in the Administration office at St. Alexius Medical Center.

Jackie is survived by her sons Matthew (Erin) of St. Charles and Michael (Angelika) of Geneva; and granddaughter Sophia. She is also survived by her siblings Jeanie, Richard, Robert, Allan (Adele), Mary Ann (Ken), Patricia (Jeff), and Brett (Gayle).  She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Joseph, William and Barry.

A visitation for Dale, Jackie, and Brandon will be held Sunday, August 24, 2025 from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. State Street (Route 38), Geneva.

Burial will be held privately.
