Dolores M. Lang, age 86, of Oswego, formerly of Geneva, passed away Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Alden of Waterford in Aurora with her loving family by her side.
She was born June 6, 1939, in Chicago, the daughter of Roman and Stella (Jurek) Bialecki.
Dolores was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and the best great grandmother. Dolores was an avid traveler enjoying and learning about many different cultures. She loved gardening every type of vegetable and flowers. Although busy with day-to-day life, she always had time to make her famous Swedish pancakes for her grandchildren at breakfast. She loved her family deeply and it showed, around the holidays Dolores's house was the place to be with delicious food and a warm/loving atmosphere. There was never a dull moment, at times she would make up her own words, Dolores will be missed by all.
She is survived by her children Michael (Laury) and Lisa both of Oswego; grandchildren Amber, Michael, and Christopher Lang and great-grandchild Ryan Mosley; and many other dear relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her devoted husband Owen who passed away in 2015.
A funeral service for Dolores will be held Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 11:00 am at Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. State Street (Route 38), Geneva with Father John Paul Tublé officiating.
Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Geneva.
Visitation will be held Thursday, January 14 from 4:00-8:00 pm at Malone Funeral Home.
