Dolores M. “Dee” Pisarcik - Funk, age 84, of Batavia, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Heritage Woods of Batavia.
She was born December 31, 1935 in Apollo, PA the daughter of Earl and Bertha (Barrickman) Carney.
Dee loved to travel with friends and was able to see many beautiful places all over the world. She enjoyed spending time on her computer to connect with friends and family all over the United States. She will be dearly missed by her beloved group of ‘Friday Night Girlfriends’ that loved to travel, share meals, movies, play games and dine out together.
She is survived by her children Michael (Paula) Pisarcik of Darien, Cynthia (Mark) Renner of Geneva, and Lori Ott of Montgomery; her grandchildren Luke (Michelle) Pisarcik, Anna (Tommy) Monaco, Michael, Tim, and Eric Renner, Sam (Sarah) Johnston, Paul Johnston, Emily Ott, and Matthew Ott; and seven great-grandchildren with another on the way. Dee is also survived by her first husband Richard Pisarcik of Oswego.
She was preceded in death by her parents Earl and Bertha; her brothers Donald, Sylvester, and Kenneth; her dear granddaughter Molly Ott; and her second husband Ronald Funk.
A memorial visitation to celebrate Dee’s life will by Saturday, October 3rd, 2020 from 9:00 am until the time of her memorial service at 11:00 am at Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. State Street (Route 38), Geneva. Due to current health care restrictions involving Covid- 19 and social distancing, we are limited to a gathering of 50 people at a time, standards of occupancy will be upheld. To attend please be prepared to wear a mask and/or wait if occupancy standards need to be met before entering.
Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Geneva.
