Deborah Jo "Debi" Walker, age 62, of St. Charles, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood.
She was born July 24, 1957, in St. Charles, the daughter of Charles and Alice (Hlinka) Walker.
Debi enjoyed gardening, music, traveling, and especially loved spending time at the beach. However, her greatest enjoyment in life was the time she spent with her grandchildren and she will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her children Kimberly (Dane) Christensen of Aurora; Stephanie (Anthony) Bonifay of Indiana, Nathan Fitzpatrick of Wyoming, and Jeremy Fitzpatrick of Aurora; grandchildren Josephine, Sofia, Scarlett, Benjamin, and Evelyn; mother Alice Walker of St. Charles; siblings Gene (Lynda) Walker of La Fox, Rhea Walker of Arizona, Barbara (Jamie Fitzpatrick) Walker of Waterman, Stephen (Susan Layng) Walker of Rockford, and David (Dawn Stewart) Walker of Oak Park; and many other dear relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father Charles Walker and sister Donna Walker.
Services for Debi will be held privately at a later date.
