Cynthia Lynn (Kowalski) Sisto

Cynthia Lynn Sisto Nee Kowalski passed away on July 19, 2022.  

Cynthia was born on May 16, 1947 to Eugene and Elizabeth Kowalski.

Cynthia lived in Geneva for the last 49 years and was a Realtor in the Tri-Cities area.  She loved to travel with her husband, family, and friends. Cynthia had many friends who she enjoyed working out and playing cards with.  Her happy place was Marco Island, Florida, where she spent many days walking the beach and collecting seashells.  She loved to spend time with her grandchildren, doing crafts, having sleepovers, and swimming in their pool.

She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Guy L. Sisto; her 3 daughters Dina (Jeffrey) Pray of Geneva, Illinois, Christy (Brian) Calderaro of Aurora, Illinois, and Jackie Sisto of Geneva, Illinois; grandchildren Vincent, Claudia, Isabella, Camille, Gina, and Guy. Cynthia is also survived by her sister-in-law, Toni Siambanes, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
Services will be held Tuesday July 26, 2022 from 4:00 pm until the time of her memorial service at 7:30 pm at Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. State Street.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Cynthia’s name to Alzheimer’s research or Transitions Hospice Care.
