Barbara C. Rowan Obituary
Barbara C. Rowan, age 97, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at the Bickford Assisted Living facility of Saint Charles, Illinois.
She was born August 13, 1927 in Visalia, California and was the daughter of Harold and Louise (Bernie) Chambers.
She is survived by her children Mary Ann (Ronald) Howington of Culleoka, Tennessee and Michael T. Rowan (Linda) of DeKalb Illinois; two grandchildren Ryan and Reid Howington; great-grandchild Nolan Howington; and brother Bill (Betsy) Chambers of Ponte Vedra, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Louise Chambers and her husband Joseph Rowan.
Thank you to the staff at Bickford Assisted Living and especially to Accent Care Hospice for enhancing her quality of life in her final years.
Services for Barbara will be held privately in Minnesota .
