Alexander J. Pendzinski, age 29, of St. Charles, formerly of Bartlett, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021.
He was born April 20, 1992 in Elmhurst, the son of Michael and Kelly (Fox) Pendzinski.
Alex loved to travel with his wife, Kaitlin. He was an avid golfer, an enthusiastic Chicago sports fan, and was always dressed “to the nines”. However, his greatest pastime was spending time with his wife, family, and friends. His ready smile, generous heart, and strong faith will be missed by all who knew him.
Alex is survived by his loving wife of 2 years Kaitlin (O’Dwyer); parents Michael and Kelly (Fox) Pendzinski of Bartlett; brother Bryan (Joanna) Pendzinski of Seattle, Washington; father and mother in-law Michael and Donna Jean O’Dwyer of St. Charles; sisters-in-law Kelly (Matthew) Louis of Texas, Megan O’Dwyer of St. Charles, and Mary Kathryn O’Dwyer of St. Charles; and many other dear relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Ronald & Sandra Pendzinski and maternal grandparents Lewis & Martha Fox.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 29, 2021 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. State Street (Route 38), Geneva, Illinois.
Due to the current health care restrictions, standards of occupancy will be upheld. To attend, please be prepared to wear a mask and/or wait if occupancy standards need to be met. We kindly ask that you immediately exit the funeral home after paying your respects to the family so that others may have the same opportunity.
Funeral Mass for Alex will be Friday, April 30, 2021 at 9:30 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 6N491 Crane Rd, St. Charles, Illinois 60175, with Rev. Msgr. Daniel Deutsch, Celebrant.
