Panagiotis T. "Panos" Frentzos

Panagiotis T. Frentzos, age 61, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, August 6, 2017 in Geneva.

Panos, as he was known to family and friends, was born in Heidelberg, Germany and came to the United States in 1958.  His childhood life was mainly spent in Painesville, Ohio before his family relocated to Illinois.  Panos lived a gregarious life that included a long, successful sales career in the industrial chemical fluids industry.  He recently retired and enjoyed much of his free time happily casting a line out at the nearest fishing hole and spending time with family and friends.

Panos is survived by the love of his life, Maryam Yusufi; his parents Tom and Evelyne Frentzos; his brother Dimitri (Karla) Frentzos; his sister Alexandra (John) Schroeder; his sons Theo Frentzos and Michael Frentzos; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, a niece, and several nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son Athanasios Frentzos and daughter Anastasia Frentzos.

A visitation will be held Friday, August 11, 2017 from 10:00 am until the time of his memorial service at 11:30 am at Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. State Street, Geneva.

Burial will be held privately at Wheaton Cemetery in Wheaton.
