Juanita Jane (Wright) Geiseman

Juanita Jane Geiseman nee Wright, age 89, of Geneva, passed away very peacefully February 24, 2018 at AMITA Health Center in Bolingbrook, Illinois.

Juanita was born in Homewood, Illinois and was raised in Valparaiso, Indiana, she was the youngest of 19 children.  Juanita taught Sundays School for many years at Trinity Lutheran Church Villa Park and loved everything in red or blue gardening, family get-togethers, and enjoying her grandchildren.

Juanita is preceded in death by her devoted husband of 54 years Otto A. Geiseman Jr.

She is survived by her daughter Deborah Jane Ost nee Geiseman (Tom) of Batavia; sons Otto A. Geiseman III (Patricia) of Canton, MI, Dennis Michael Wright Geiseman (Martha) of Eagle River, WI and Daniel Allen Geiseman (Barbara) of Sycamore, IL; beloved grandmother of 16; adored great grandmother of 22, sister Alice Dieckilman nee Wright, Longbeach, CA; and two brothers Burton Wright of Sarasota, FL and Reggie Wright.

Juanita will be lying-in-state Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 9:00 am until time of her funeral service at 11:00 am at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 950 Hart Road, Batavia with Pastor Paul Bacon and Pastor Eric Kennaugh officiating.

Interment will be held at 3:00 pm at Elm Lawn Memorial Park, 401 E. Lake Street, Elmhurst.
