Jan Wildenradt, age 79, of St. Charles, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at his residence surrounded by his family.
He was born November 25, 1938 in Reedsburg, Wisconsin the son of Walter and Hazel (Beck).
Jan was a graduate of DeVry University. He worked as an Operations Specialist at Fermi-Lab in Batavia and retired after 30 years of service. He was an avid golfer and loved to travel especially to the San Francisco Bay area. His greatest enjoyment in life however was spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his children Tracy (Kevin) Williams of Geneva and Jon (Julia) of California; grandchildren Jack, Hank and Rhett Wildenradt of California, Amber (Ben) Frary of Washington, Amanda (fiancée Cassidy) Williams of Aurora, Joshua “Bubba” Williams of St. Charles, and Mitch (fiancée Nicole) Flores of Batavia; great grandchildren Hannah, Braden, and Cooper Frary and Joseph Mehelich; special family members Kim, Ross, Jordan, and Alexander Thomas all of St. Charles; also survived by his children’s mother Trudy (Tom) Armstrong of Colorado and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 11, 2018 from 1:00 pm until the time of his Funeral Service at 5:00 pm at the Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. State Street (Route 38) Geneva.
Interment will be private.
