Betty Jane (Alward) Bock, age 97 of Batavia, Illinois went to be with the Lord on December 22, 2018 after a brief illness.

Betty resided in Michigan, retiring at age 76 from a family business then moving to Batavia.

Betty is survived by her daughter Pamela (Bill) Schutt; grandsons Richard (Lori and Michael (Susan); great grandsons Adam, Eric, Kyle, and Justin; brother Gerald Alward; and her sister-in-laws, several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Charles R. Bock Jr., two brothers, and five sisters.
