Where to start! Dennis and Danny and their staff are amazing at what they do. We have been at Malone’s for three wakes/memorials. When my mom attended one of those services, she fell in love with the place, chatted up Dennis and made it clear that is where she wanted to be when she passed, and we granted her wish sooner than we thought we’d have to. Dennis and Danny made our visit for arrangements feel like we were family. A special thank you to Dennis for going above and beyond with transfer burial of my dad last summer, I could not have done it alone. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

I have been to many funeral homes in my 76 years but I have never experienced such a welcoming and relaxed greeting. It was as if I was entering the home of an old friend! We have had the very best experience with Dennis Malone and his entire staff diuring the hardest time of my life. My husband actually died in Florida while we were wintering there. Dennis guided me to how to get the body here and he picked him us at the airport and then made the visitation and the mass and every single detail fall into place. They provided everything we needed --food and drink. Slideshow, suggestions to make things extra special. I felt that they were extended family. My family and friends are going to use Malone funeral home for their needs. No matter where they live. I asked for the pictures and mass to be placed on a disk so that my Florida friends can see it and it was done in minutes. No questions asked. I'd you ask and it can be done, the Malone family does it and does it right!

My sincere thank you for making Bill's memorial service go smoothly. Your attention to detail served well. My appreciation also to Katie and Kristin and their efficient behind-the-scene work. I was fortunate to have your suggestions and acceptance to my wants and needs.

My Brother-in-law passed away and Malone was recommended by a friend. We could not be more delighted with them. Dennis Malone truly understands what families need and is dedicated to funeral service. We wanted to memorialize our loved one's life and accomplishments and Malone did a great job. They provided an excellent video, they made a wonderful portrait, and their chapel space was perfect for our needs. Malone has taken the time over the years to keep their home looking fresh and modern and tasteful. I kidded my sister that we were going to take our things home after the service and a few of the funeral home's decorations. They have a separate space for people to go to to relax and a have a soft drink if they need a break (we were there for 4 hours). Our baby was entertained in a kids play area where she could be herself and not disturb others. They even got us a superb pastor to officiate. Malone has a nice variety of items such as keepsakes and did not pressure us an any way to buy anything if we did not want it. On the day of our service they had adequate staff to set up and take down the service quickly and efficiently. They anticipated our needs and were ready for us. I would pick Malone again in a moment if the need arose.

I am Lindsay’s mother and I cannot begin to tell you the number of times he told me that Lindsay was the love of his life. We will deeply miss his cheerful way and the many, many stories he would tell. He always lit up the room.

I wanted to extend my gratitude to the level of care I received at my life-partner's memorial service last night. I left feeling very satisfied and knowing that he would have been proud of everything. Dennis and his staff go above and beyond the call of duty for a funeral home. Not only is the funeral home the most "homey" I've seen, but they bend over backwards to make things as easy as possible for their families. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dear Dennis, It was indeed a memorable memorial service. Thank you so much for the exceptional attention to detail every step of the way, and filling in all the blanks at such a time as this. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous just like I hoped for and your staff's last minute effort to get a picture in place made it all the more perfect. The food was outstanding and the young women who tended to us were so gracious. With sincere appreciation for such an outstanding service. (We had many comments echoing my sentiments.)

What a day! But what a beautiful way to celebrate my mom's life! You did such a fabulous job with everything and we are so pleased with how everything went both days. I can't thank you enough and I know it's your job but we feel you went above and beyond the call of duty and we truly appreciate it! Thank you again for everything!
