I wanted to send my condolences to the all of Vera's family. Though I am a great niece to her, and did not see her often, my grandparents and in more recent years my dad would share stories of visits with her. I always felt like I knew her really well. She will be missed, but congratulations to her on 97 years!

Though Vera may have moved on to a peaceful place, we will long remember all the memories our family (including Carol's parents Bob & Mary Goetz) made at the Y's Owl with her and Harvey. It was our Saturday night treat to go there and enjoy a late-night sandwich AND Vera's company. SOOOOOO high spirited was this gal!!! Just like Bob Hope always said - "Thanks for the memories".
